Who are the owners/ developer of these estates?
NEEDHOMES PROPERTY INVESTMENT LIMITED, a property development company which create opportunity for a home ownership through flexible and affordable home ownership scheme for both low and medium income earners in
the country.
What type of title is on the property?
Government Allocation and Certificate of Occupancy (C of O) Registered Survey approved by Lagos State
Government.
Are there any encumbrances on the property?
The Property is free from every known government acquisition, interest and adverse claims.
What is the payment structure?
To participate in this offer, make an Initial Deposit of N7.5m then choose a payment structure that is flexible for you. Such as:
Outright purchas e, 18 months plan, 3 years plan and 5 years plan.
a) OUTRIGHT PURCHASE – ₦33m
b) GOLD PLAN – ₦35m
18 months payment plan
c) SILVER PLAN – ₦38m
3 years payment plan
d) BRONZE PLAN – ₦40m
5 years payment plan
Is the road to the estate motorable?
Yes the road to the estate is motorable, tarred with drainage system.
What other payments do I make apart from the initial?
a) Connection Fee: N500, 000 per unit
{b) Documentation Fee: N300, 000 per unit
(c) Administrative Fee: N100, 000 per unit
When do I make the other payments?
Documentation and Connection fee is to be paid before taking possession
What do I get after the initial deposit?
Starters pack comprising a letter of acknowledgement of subscription, receipts of payment, contract of sale (Deed of Assignment for Outright purchasers)
What do I get after completing payment for the property?
Completion Payment Receipt, Deed of Assignment, Possession and Handover
Can I re-sell my property?
A. Yes a subscriber who have paid up to 50% of the property value can re-sell their house through due consultations with.

B. A Charge of 10% of the property value (Covering Transfer Documentation Fee shall be paid to the Company by the new
buyer
Can I pay cash to your agent?
We strongly advise that cash payments should ONLY be made to NEEDHOMES PROPERTY INVESTMENT LTD at its designated offices. Otherwise, cheque(s) should be issued in favour of NEEDHOMES PROPERTY INVESTMENT Ltd.
We shall not accept any responsibility for any liability that may arise as a result of a deviation from the above instruction.
Is needhomes property investment ltd scum compliant?
Yes, you can apply for refund. In the event of a Refund, you are required to give the Company Ninety {90) days’ notice to process your refund. The refund shall be processed and be paid according to the payment plan used for the subscription less Documentation and Administrative Fees.
N.B:- Non-compliance to payment as at when due shall be treated as a fundamental breach of the contract which could
result in termination or revocation of the contract/OR attract 1.5% interest rate.
